Review of nutriplex plus

Nutriplex plus is a supplement for people suffering from bad joints. The supplement contains 3 potent ingredients" glucosamine, collagen and ethylsulfonylmethane. There is sufficient evidence showing that all these ingredients protect and might even repair deteriorated cartilage.

Personally, I started taking it after my knees started to give me problems again after a few years post-op. In the past I had bilateral osteochondritis dissecans which was treated surgically by fixation. A couple of weeks ago I started following a low carb diet to lose the extra weight I put on during the summer months. Although proven to be effective, keto diets have a common problem. And that is that they tend to be low on antioxidants and vitamins, especially if you are like me, a guy who is too bored to combine many ingredients that are rich in said nutrients.
